Jeffrey is an RYT-200 Vinyasa teacher in Wilton Manors, and he came to yoga late. He was a gym guy who figured yoga would be easy, then found out the hard way that it wasn't. His classes are welcoming, funny and never too serious, and most of the guys in them aren't 32 with abs.
Every pose comes with options: an easier version if you're new, coming back after years or working around a stiff back or knee, and a harder one if you want it. Rest in child's pose whenever you like. You won't get left behind.
